Privacy Notice
Last updated: May 15, 2026
Vivpad is in public beta. This notice explains the current beta behavior in plain language and should be reviewed before a paid public launch.
Information Vivpad Stores
Vivpad stores the information needed to run your account and sync your projects.
- Your account email address and authentication details are handled by Supabase Auth.
- Your project names and project content are stored in Supabase so they can sync between browsers.
- Basic technical records may be created by Supabase, Cloudflare Pages, and GitHub deployment tools as part of operating the service.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to sign you in, save your projects, load your projects, troubleshoot problems, and improve Vivpad during beta.
Customer Or Sensitive Data
Vivpad is text-first and user-controlled. You decide what goes into your projects. During beta, avoid storing sensitive customer information, payment information, passwords, private keys, medical information, or anything your workplace policy does not allow in third-party tools.
The account creation flow includes a beta acknowledgement for this same reason: synced Vivpad projects are stored online.
Service Providers
Vivpad currently uses Supabase for account login and project storage, Cloudflare Pages for hosting, and GitHub for source code deployment.
Data Control
You can rename, duplicate, delete, and export synced projects from inside Vivpad. Project exports are JSON files that you can keep as your own backup during beta.
Account deletion and full account data questions are handled manually during beta. Email support or use the feedback page if you need account-level help.
