Support
Vivpad is in public beta, so support is personal, manual, and focused on keeping account access, saving, loading, exports, and project recovery understandable.
Best path: use the feedback page. It includes build and page context, which makes saving or account problems easier to track down.
Current Beta Support
- Support is best-effort while Vivpad is free public beta software.
- Primary contact is mcduderz008@gmail.com.
- For important beta work, keep backup copies with File > Export Project or File > Export All Projects.
- Do not store sensitive customer, payment, password, medical, or private-key data in Vivpad during beta.
What To Include
- The Vivpad account email.
- The project name and what you were trying to do.
- The save status shown in the top bar, if the issue involves saving.
- The browser, computer, and whether refreshing or signing back in changed anything.
- Steps to repeat the problem, even if they feel obvious.
Account And Data Questions
You can rename, duplicate, delete, and export projects inside Vivpad. Account-level deletion or data questions are handled manually during beta.
Before Paid Launch
Vivpad needs clearer support promises before charging money, including expected response times, billing support, outage communication, and reviewed privacy and terms.
