Roadmap
Vivpad is being built around real daily note workflows first. The current priority is beta testing the web app with real projects and using storage, workflow, and feedback data to plan a paid launch responsibly.
Phase 1: Web Migration Complete
- Move from Chrome extension storage to web account storage.
- Supabase sign-in and cloud-synced projects.
- Cloudflare-hosted web app.
- Import/export paths for existing project data.
Phase 2: Beta Confidence Mostly complete
- Autosave, emergency draft recovery, and export backups.
- Project launcher and project manager cleanup.
- Account menu, password reset, storage summary, privacy, terms, help, and feedback pages.
- Safer project creation and clearer backup guidance.
Phase 3: Product Polish Complete for beta
- Cleaner project manager, project launcher, and account settings screens.
- Better small-window behavior, account navigation, and public beta pages.
- Clearer onboarding, sample project creation, and first-project paths.
- Rough browser prompts and extension-era wording cleaned up for the web beta.
Phase 4: Paid Launch Planning Mostly complete
- Billing readiness, support planning, data control, trust, legal review prep, and launch blockers are documented.
- Billing stays off until real tester usage proves the paid offer and storage limits.
- Screenshots, attachments, and team features stay delayed until text syncing is proven.
Phase 5: Beta Learning Current focus
- Invite testers who repeat customer notes, templates, saved numbers, or work order text.
- Track whether they understand Vivpad without a walkthrough.
- Measure real project count, account storage, return use, autosave trust, and export backup behavior.
- Use tester wording and real storage data to refine the landing page, free limits, and future Personal Pro plan.
This roadmap is directional. Feedback from real use should decide what gets built first.
