Roadmap
Vivpad is being built around real daily note workflows first. The current priority is making the web version dependable enough for beta testers, then improving the product surface around it.
Phase 1: Web Migration Mostly complete
- Move from Chrome extension storage to web account storage.
- Supabase sign-in and cloud-synced projects.
- Cloudflare-hosted web app.
- Import/export paths for existing project data.
Phase 2: Beta Confidence In progress
- Autosave, emergency draft recovery, and export backups.
- Project launcher and project manager cleanup.
- Account menu, password reset, storage summary, privacy, terms, help, and feedback pages.
- Reduce rough edges found during real work use.
Phase 3: Product Polish Next
- Cleaner project and template management.
- More professional account settings screens.
- Better mobile and small-window behavior.
- Clearer onboarding for people who are not already using Vivpad daily.
Phase 4: Paid Launch Planning Later
- Define free and paid limits using real storage data.
- Plan billing only after the free beta workflow proves useful.
- Evaluate screenshot or attachment storage with privacy and cost controls.
- Consider team features if multiple people in one workplace want shared templates.
This roadmap is directional. Feedback from real use should decide what gets built first.
